Capo’s Pizzeria was founded in 2015 in San Antonio, TX by the Perna family from Buffalo, NY, bringing over 50 years of restaurant experience. Starting as a small carryout shop, we quickly grew, earning local awards from 2017–2025 for pizza, subs, and wings, and expanding into licensing in 2019 before launching franchising.
